What exactly is free?
Every new account gets one Standard video up to 10 seconds, with a small watermark. No credit card is required.
How is a video billed?
By the second of the final, finished video. 1 credit = 1 second of Standard video; HD uses 1.5 credits/s, Ultra 5 credits/s and Ultra 4K 7 credits/s.
Do credits expire?
Credits stay valid for 12 months from purchase. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically.
What if a render fails?
Credits are refunded automatically to your balance — you never pay for a video you didn't get.
Which languages are supported?
English, Italian, German, Spanish and Romanian for the website, the speech writer, your voice twin and the final videos.
How long a voice sample do I need?
30 to 90 seconds of clear, natural speech in a quiet room works best. You can record in the browser or upload MP3, WAV, M4A or WEBM.
Can I clone someone else's voice?
Only with their explicit permission. You must confirm consent when creating a twin, and misuse leads to account termination.
Who owns the videos?
You do. You can use them commercially in ads, social media and on your website.
How do I pay?
Securely via Stripe Checkout: cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and local EU methods where available. We never see your card details.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes — the TwinVoce app for Android (and iOS soon) uses the same account and credits.
