1. Who we are
TwinVoce is operated by TwinVoce S.R.L. (the “Controller”). Contact: support@twinvoce.com. We process personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
2. Data we collect
Account data (name, email, hashed password), voice samples and voice models you create, scripts and videos you generate, purchase records (handled by Stripe) and technical logs.
3. Why we use it
To provide the service (contract), to process payments (contract and legal obligation), to prevent abuse (legitimate interest) and, only with consent, to send product news.
4. Voice data
Voice samples are biometric‑like data. We process them only to build your twin, with your explicit consent, and never to train shared models. Delete a twin anytime and its sample and voice model are removed.
5. Processors
We use trusted processors such as Stripe (payments), ElevenLabs (voice synthesis), Google Cloud (AI and video generation) and our hosting provider, under data processing agreements and standard contractual clauses where data leaves the EU.
6. Retention
Account data is kept while your account is active. Videos and twins are kept until you delete them. Invoices are kept for 10 years as required by law.
7. Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data and object to processing by writing to support@twinvoce.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
