1. The service
TwinVoce, a service provided by TwinVoce S.R.L., lets you create AI voice twins, generate speeches and render videos. By creating an account you accept these terms.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account.
3. Acceptable use
You may only clone your own voice or a voice you have written permission to use. Deceptive, defamatory, political impersonation, illegal or harmful content is prohibited.
4. Credits & payments
Credits are bought in packs or top‑ups via Stripe, are valid 12 months and are non‑transferable. 1 credit = 1 second of Standard video. Failed renders are refunded as credits.
5. Right of withdrawal
Because credits are digital content supplied immediately at your request, you agree that the 14‑day withdrawal right ends once you start using purchased credits. Unused packs can be refunded within 14 days.
6. Content ownership
You own your inputs and outputs. You grant us a limited licence to process them only to provide the service.
7. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
